To apply for financial assistance for the 2011-2012 season, please complete an application and return it per the instructions noted on the application. The Jaguar Golf Outing will help support the Jaguar financial assistance program to those families whose players would otherwise be unable to play.
Applications received by June 12 will be notified by e-mail on or before June 17 regarding 2011-2012 financial assistance. Afterwards, applications will be accepted on a rolling basis through the year with notifications given on October 1 and February 1 for applications received up to those dates.
